Winter cuisine 'Lo Mandongo'
From January 23 to February 21, 2010
Conferences with the aim of promoting the cuisine, culture and traditions of the parish of La Massana.
During the season of slaughter, some restaurants make proposals gastronomic dishes and menus organized from own products of this period.
The tradition of the pig slaughter, with products suitable for the celebration and the fruit of the work will fill our restaurants for four weeks before Carnival.
